Latest Multimedia Works

So I've been pretty busy making all sorts of multimedia crap, mainly for my Digital Illustration crap. Yesterday @ my internship I had nothing to do because we just finished that Marvel/Disney project so I made the self portrait drawing for my D.I. class(see Facebook). It wasn't too hard but it took a little time. I pretty much used the pen tool in Phtshp to make outlines and then filled them with color and used the burn tool to make details (in case you were wondering. I think it helps that I'm really patient when I work on any project although I still get pretty annoyed @ the programs sometimes. I also messed around a little and made some pretty cool backgrounds in Photoshop.
I just finished my D.I. this morning and I made a lot of progress. Short story long, I've been working on this assignment to make a comic series, though the guidelines have been really loose. So what I decided to do was a PSA for kids not doing drugs. Of course, I took it the extra mile and added hard drugs and made the kids like 5 year olds. I did this because they always told us as kids when we were young never to use drugs. I remember my private school telling us not to do coke or marijuana. The thing was, I had no clue what those were at the time (still don't). It wouldn't be another 12-15 years till I had the opportunity to do them (which I still haven't). I guess its the strategy to "get them while they're young", right? Anyway, I've pretty much depicted little kids snorting coke and doing heroine (so far). I have an ecstasy one in the works and a meth, weed, and mushrooms one coming up. Above are the coke and heroine ones (obviously), appropriately named "Lethal Weapon on the Rocks" and "Spoonin' to Ruin" (respectively).
Wish me luck @ my rugby game vs. Riverside- hopefully they put me in.
